Your Role

A wonderful permanent, part-time opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Invoicing Specialist to join Carla, Sam and the team in our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire.

One of Technogym’s goals is \”Satisfying 100% of our customers and end-users\”. In this role you will contribute to this goal through the effective administration and communication around Aftersales chargeable works. A \’Day in the Life of\’ this role will include you assessing work orders against contract coverage, raising quotes and invoices, releasing work orders and managing all invoice/financial queries from customers. Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, customer care and system administration will bring you success.

The part-time hours are flexible and applications can be considered for 20-25 hours per week.

Your Impact

  • Provide Customer first line support for all works in Technical, contracts and remarketing
  • Accurate and timely generation of quotations and invoices for chargeable works applying any contractual discounts; within established SLA
  • Following up on quotes to ensure the customers\’ needs are met
  • Maintaining data accuracy within the working systems at all time; updating customer contact details where required to ensure that future communications are delivered accurately
  • Accurately recording the customer Purchase Order details in the business systems
  • Updating remarketing requests and updating all of progress
  • Managing all invoice/financial queries from customers regarding their service and digital contracts, payments and costs
  • Communicating with customers to ensure they are well educated on their contract coverage
  • Assist with all other After Sales administrative tasks in line with demands

About You

  • Knowledge of ERP systems – SAP is a plus
  • Management of service orders and invoicing
