We are seeking a results-driven, creative Marketing Manager who will support in localising and executing a globally defined strategy. While the overall brand strategy is established at our HQ, you will work with the Marketing Director who is responsible for adapting it to the local market, using data insights to ensure maximum effectiveness. You will ensure that all marketing initiatives align with and support our sales objectives. From managing integrated campaigns and events to overseeing communications, you will spearhead brand growth and market success.

Your Impact

  • Define and lead the segment go-to-market strategy and activity in line with the HQ strategy, considering industry evolution and corporate strategy.
  • Work alongside Sales Directors designing integrated marketing plans that effectively drive leads, orders, and sales for the segment.
  • Oversee, organise and manage Go To Market marketing activities to ensure brand consistency and results.
  • Develop the marketing plan with the correct mix of campaigns, initiatives, and events to achieve targets for brand awareness, leads, revenues, margins, and profitability.
  • Oversee the implementation of sell-in and sell-out tools (events, email campaigns, web marketing, etc.), ensuring measurable impact on sales KPIs.
  • Bring ideas, collaboration, energy with a strong focus on execution.

Activity responsibilities:

  • Execute the segment marketing plan, in accordance with feedback from the sales director and marketing director.
  • Organise and manage local marketing events (trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, etc.) coordinating all local suppliers involved.
  • Develop and deploy all sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailings, web marketing) to generate leads, orders, and sales in accordance with the Segment Sales strategy.
  • Provide marketing cost reporting and analysis to monitor marketing activities, ROIs, and sales targets of the different lines of business.
  • Support the Inside Sales team in maximising the database by developing lead-driving campaigns able to reach potential new customers as well as maintaining existing customers’ energy, loyalty, and interest in Technogym.
  • Work across the marketing team to provide support for cross-segment events and key brand moments.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders for segment relevant activities.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are an engaging and highly motivated people manager, with a high degree of empathy.

What you should bring:

  • 6+ years’ experience in similar roles and in fast-paced multinational environments.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to think and act strategically and drive the organisation toward strategy execution.
  • Experience in brand positioning and identity development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring coworkers and customers.
  • Expertise in marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, customer insights acquisition, and interpreting data and metrics to inform strategies.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with product, sales, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
