Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Manager role based in United Kingdom.
The Business Development Manager will identify and evaluate new business opportunities in UK markets, particularly across system scaffolding.
Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, and conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitive positioning.
The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and product offerings, and tracking performance against sales and revenue targets.
The Business Development Manager will provide regular reports to leadership, support strategic planning initiatives, and represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Prior experience in system scaffolding.
- Customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build long‑term partnerships.
