Technique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment company based in Norfolk and have a permanent role for a Logistics and Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Norwich at their bespoke technology centre, initially on a temporary basis but with the view of the role becoming permanent for the successful candidate after probation.

Core Logistics Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Track inventory levels and reorder supplies
Manage storage areas and stock organization
Arrange transportation, deliveries, and courier services
Monitor supply chain schedules and delivery timelines
Maintain shipping and receiving records
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport providers
Support procurement and purchasing activities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transport regulations
Resolve delivery, inventory, or distribution issues
Core Facilities Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day building operations
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
Manage cleaning, security, and waste disposal services
Monitor facility safety standards and emergency procedures
Coordinate office moves, workspace setup, and equipment allocation
Maintain facility assets and maintenance logs
Manage access cards, keys, and visitor procedures
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies
Coordinate utilities and facility service contracts
Support space planning and workplace organization
Administrative Duties
Maintain records, databases, and reports
Prepare logistics and facilities documentation
Track budgets and invoices
Schedule contractors and service providers
Support audits and compliance checks
Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for facilities and logistics issues
Coordinate between departments, suppliers, and contractors
Respond to staff requests regarding equipment or workspace needs
