Salary: 40-45k Depending Upon Experience

Technique Recruitment Solutions are collaborating with a thriving family run highly respected and innovative manufacturer of crop sprayers. We are looking for a permanent experienced workshop technician to work at our brand new Factory in Norfolk.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, have a flexible approach and work well as part of a team or alone.
  • Sound technical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, including CAN-BUS (Training Available).
  • Basic understanding of hydrostatic drive systems and diesel engines.
  • Agricultural experience and knowledge of crop sprayers, GPS systems would be highly desirable but not essential as training will be given on the job.
  • Ability to take direction but also work independently in a safe and calculated manner.
  • Being able to speak with customers over the phone and talking customers through issues over the phone.
  • Steel welding and fabrication experience is desirable.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
