Technique Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Workshop Team Leader to work for a leading manufacturer of self-propelled crop sprayers.
Key responsibilities
Goods Tools background
Install hydraulic and pneumatic hoses between components.
Creation of sub-assemblies prior to fitting in production.
Fitting of both Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
Electrical background a plus.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to work both independently and part of a wider team.
Each crop sprayer built is bespoke to the customer meaning that no two machines will be alike.
Components fitted to each machine will therefore vary according to specification.
Benefits and employment details :
Monday–Thursday 07:30am–16:00pm
Friday 07:30am–15:00pm
Overtime is readily available paid at time and a half and is encouraged where possible.
Starting hourly wage will be dependent on experience
