We are working with our high volume manufacturing business client based on the outskirts of Norwich. They have a new opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B window/door sales experience covering the South of England. The company can offer a competitive salary plus uncapped bonus and car allowance.
Job Purpose
This role manages a defined sales region to achieve and exceed budget targets across existing customers, ensuring continuity of supply and delivering year-on-year growth by building relationships, identifying opportunities to grow customer sales offering value added services. The role also drives new business by prospecting for opportunities across all targeted market sectors and collaborating cross-functionally to identify, target, and successfully onboard new accounts.
Key Duties
- To be responsible for a regional group of Customers across all window and door systems within a certain geographical area ensuring that the targeted performance from this set of customers is achieved in terms of turnover, profitability and product portfolio.
- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the site team leaders to establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with the customers' expectation level.
- New business achieved via cross selling, cold calling and converting of campaign inbound enquiries.
