Technique Recruitment Solutions is a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment company based in Norfolk. We are working with our Norwich-based client, who operates in the recycling sector, and have an opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join their team on the night shift. This position is initially temporary, with the possibility of permanent employment after a successful 12-week trial period.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Separate materials traveling along a conveyor belt.
  • Identify different types of materials, pick them out, and place them in containers.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace and workstation.
  • Assist with other general tasks as required within your section.
  • Use a forklift if required – previous experience is essential. Internal refresher training can be provided if the license has expired.

HOURS AND DAYS OF WORK:

44 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday, 7 pm to 7 am.

PREVIOUS SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience working in an FMCG environment.

PPE PROVIDED:

All necessary PPE, including footwear, will be provided for the tasks involved.
