Salary: £33,552.09 - £42,546.24 per annum
There are 2 options for this role:
- 39-hour contract: 07.00-15.30 Mon-Thurs, 07.00-14.30 Fri (£33,552.09 - £34,568.82 per annum)
- 45-hour contract (39 hours at standard + 6 hours at time and half guaranteed): 06.00-15.30 Mon-Fri (£41,294.52 - £42,546.24 per annum)
The role includes:
- Assembling/Fitting components guided by technical drawings, 3DVia instructions and R&S within defined time limits.
- Adjusting components using non-CNC mills or lathes when needed to fit and produce quality mechanical assemblies.
- Testing and correcting mechanical assemblies as needed.
- Maintaining safe working practices and high standards of housekeeping.
- Advising the Cell Leader on potential alterations to reduce cost and lead times and improve quality.
- Assisting in improving methods and productivity.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
