Main Duties:
- General Office Administration
- Stores Administration – Carry out kitting, inventory and stores administrative tasks.
- ISO9001:2015 Compliance – Ensure to comply with ISO in all functions.
Role and Responsibilities:
The smooth operation of an organisation’s physical spaces, supplies, equipment, and movement of goods or people. The exact scope varies by industry, but these are the most common responsibilities:
Core Logistics Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Track inventory levels and reorder supplies
- Manage storage areas and stock organisation
- Arrange transportation, deliveries and courier services
- Monitor supply chain schedules and delivery timelines
- Support procurement and purchasing activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transport regulations
- Resolve delivery, inventory, or distribution issues
Core Facilities Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day building operations
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Manage cleaning, security and waste disposal services
- Monitor facility safety standards and emergency procedures
- Coordinate workspace setup and equipment allocation
- Maintain facility assets and maintenance logs
- Manage visitor procedures
- Manage company vehicles
- Coordinate utilities and facility service contracts
- Coordinate ours & visitor travel and accommodation
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records, databases, and reports
- Prepare logistics and facilities documentation
- Schedule contractors and service providers
- Support audits and compliance checks
- Manage SNC’s
Buyer:
- Purchase all required consumables for the assembly and test team.
- Purchase items from pre-loaded production jobs
- Arranging BOM scrubs of existing board designs and producing a component issue report
- Sourcing with suppliers’ obsolete components
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for facilities and logistics issues
- Coordinate between departments, suppliers, and contractors
- Respond to staff requests regarding equipment or workspace needs
- Escalate operational problems when necessary
