Group HSE Manager My client is a leading UK manufacturer of a range of PVCU Fenestration Products.
They have a new opportunity for a Group HSE Manager to join their team based in Norwich with occasional travel (roughly once per year) to the trade counter branches around the UK.
The successful candidate will ikdeally hold a NEBOSH certificate Role Overview Responsible for leading Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities across the Group, fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve sustained reductions in incidents and enhanced environmental performance.
The role has overall responsibility for HSE across the Group, providing strategic leadership and ensuring consistent standards and best practices are implemented throughout both businesses.
Responsibilities: Health, Safety Advise group management team on HSE compliance requirements.
Provide leadership and subject matter expertise that ensures appropriate HSE systems are in place.
Plan and direct HSE activities and programs; establish priorities for project execution based upon site resources and cost of implementation.
