The restaurant serves homemade breakfast and brunch, varied lunches, seasonal specials, Sunday roasts and afternoon teas, alongside selected evening dining events. The role would suit a chef who enjoys variety and wants to work with excellent ingredients rather than a repetitive, volume-driven kitchen.
