Location: Ely
Salary: £17-£18 p/h over a 4 day week Monday to Thursday, 37.5 hours per week.
Technique Recruitment Solutions are working with a leading precision engineering company who have a permanent vacancy for a 5-Axis CNC Miller. This role will involve Programming, Setting and Operating a CNC Mill, with excellent Programming & setting skills to join our small team operating our three Matsurra 5 axis milling machines.
The ideal candidate should have experience of Fanuc controls and have the ability to program components offline using our CAD/CAM systems (HyperMill or OneCNC). You must be able to read and understand complex drawings and have an excellent eye for detail. Must work well within a team and have good problem-solving ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Review parts produced, drawings or instructions to understand required specifications.
- Be responsible for own quality recording outputs to drawing specifications.
- Monitor machine while working to achieve optimum outputs.
- Always looking for continuous improvement in all processes.
