Job Purpose

Responsible for coordinating all operational activities in the Warehouse, including executing activities safely to deliver quality service on time and meet customer requirements.

Act as the primary liaison between Workshop & Warehouse for logistics support not covered in the daily interface with Internal Logistics.

Liaise with Customer Logistics and Freight Forwarders to ensure project deliveries are scheduled to meet deadlines, adhering to local health and safety regulations and compliance.

Job Description

  1. Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring TechnipFMC and Customer equipment is stored and secured correctly according to procedures.
  2. Lead and participate in Toolbox Talks with Warehouse Technicians to discuss daily plans and ensure activities are carried out safely.
  3. Support Warehouse Technicians in loading and unloading transportation as required.
  4. Assist Warehouse Technicians with daily activities as needed.
  5. Process all Goods In paperwork using the company ERP system.
  6. Produce Project Packing lists for Warehouse Technicians for picking and packing according to project demands.
  7. Communicate with Service Project Managers regarding the receipt of Customer Free Issue equipment.
  8. Participate in project planning meetings when necessary.
  9. Ensure all outgoing shipments are packed according to TechnipFMC procedures and industry standards.
  10. If required, raise PRs and manage Third Party Basket/Container hires using the ERP system, tracking hire dates for invoicing and cost management.
  11. Create project delivery documentation for shipping to customer locations.
  12. Monitor Customer provided lookaheads to ensure shipping deadlines are met.

You are suited for this role if you have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil industry.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Preferably, knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment, tooling, and accessories.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a diverse cultural environment.
