TechnipFMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our "Transformation Team" at our Noida office, with a background in "F&A and/or P2P". This role involves driving and supporting organizational transformation projects, process improvements, and system optimizations to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance or procurement, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation projects within F&A and P2P operations.
- Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Support the design and implementation of new systems, tools, and methodologies that improve our processes across domain.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to leadership.
- Assist in change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes by stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights and decision support through cost benefit analysis.
- Act as a liaison between the transformation team and finance/procurement departments to ensure that strategic initiatives align with operational needs.
You are meant for this job if:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g. PMP) preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in F&A and P2P, with a proven track record in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, think strategically, and execute methodically.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PowerBi, Hyperion or similar is a plus.
