The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Responsible for the Qualification, Monitoring & Management of suppliers to ensure conformance to necessary Regulatory, Industry, Customer and TechnipFMC requirements as they pertain to either the Products or Services provided.

Manage each assigned Supplier's Safety, Quality and Delivery performance through defined metrics and KPIs.

Develop Supplier's capability through a commitment to Continuous Improvement through empowerment and management by data.

Maintain up-to-date understanding of product requirements and communicate Quality requirements and initiatives.

Align and cooperate with Functional departments (Globally) with minimum supervision.

Support & Conduct Supplier Qualification activities as defined by Global Business Management System procedures.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Understand the concepts and application of problem-solving methodologies such as 6 Sigma and 8D and the concepts of 5S and Lean.
  • Good PC skills, including knowledge of Word Processing; Spreadsheets; Statistical Analysis & Presentation software.
  • Good people skills, presentation skills and ability to train.
  • Good understanding of core manufacturing & inspection processes such as forging, fabrication, machining, coating, welding, NDT.
  • Understand the interactions between industry/regulatory standards & customer requirements.

Desirable:

  • 6 Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to organise and structure a diverse workload.
  • Ability to lead & facilitate improvement projects.
  • Understand audit processes related to ISO9001, 45001, API Q1 both as an auditor and auditee.
