Our Grad Programme
As a Graduate Engineer at TechnipFMC, you will:
- Be part of a two-year structured training programme spent within a rotational framework that allows you to gain exposure to many areas of our business and take on real responsibility.
- Be primarily located at one of our UK sites with possibilities to go offshore.
- Build on both technical and behavioural skills to enable you to progress your career alongside our experienced mentors.
- Begin your programme late 2026.

- Bachelors, Masters or PhD in relevant Engineering discipline or Physics.
