We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team located in Dunfermline. The Quality Analyst role is part of the quality function acting as a shared service which may support the whole value chain. This includes all types of product manufacturing support and business improvements. Their purpose is to support and enhance product and process quality by maintaining exceptional quality standards. To achieve this they must create strong relationships and utilise lean practices.

Job Description

  • Understand customer contract requirements and apply those to or execute against TFMC requirements via ITPs/Quality Plans/Quality Matrices/Quality Specifications.
  • Quality Notification handling - Facilitate via Non-Conformance Review Board to ensure QN data completeness and accuracy prior to closure.
  • Analyse, report and act on performance data in order to increase throughput and RFT performance.
  • Ensure compliance to forging, fabrication, machining, coating, welding and pressure testing.
  • Formal lean and or problem solving training undertaken - 8D, RPS, 4C, 6 sigma (desirable).
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Effective communicator at all relevant levels.
  • Ability to work safely under pressure.
