Objectif de poste: Assurer la préparation, la réintégration et la maintenance des outillages et équipements nécessaires aux activités de l’Unité d’Assemblage et de Distribution (montage, test, colisage).
Job Description
Vos missions
- En tant que Préparateur.rice Outillage UAD, vous serez garant.e de la disponibilité et de la fiabilité des outillages et équipements pour les opérations de montage, test et colisage.
- Réaliser les points outillages et préparations en fonction du planning de production.
- Préparer et réintégrer les outillages selon les gammes, plans et procédures.
- Mettre à disposition les équipements à la production conformément au planning.
- Réceptionner, ranger les outillages en stock et mettre à jour la base informatique (GTO/GMAO).
- Assurer les dépannages en production (diagnostic, analyse de panne, maintenance mécanique, hydraulique, électrique).
- Effectuer la maintenance préventive et curative des installations haute pression.
- Assister ponctuellement le personnel de production pour le réglage des machines UAD.
- Participer à des actions d’amélioration après validation des services associés (HSE, Process…).

Votre profil
- Formation: Bac à dominante mécanique.
- Expérience: Connaissances techniques en mécanique, lecture de plans, raccords et flexibles haute pression.
- Compétences clés: Conduite chariot élévateur (CACES 3, 4, 5), habilitations électriques BS, pontier/élingueur. Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Windows, SAP, GMAO).
- Savoir-être: Rigueur, adaptabilité, sens du service, bon relationnel, respect des règles.

- Connaissance des métiers de montage embout, test et colisage.
- Expérience en maintenance industrielle.
