Job Purpose
Managing and optimizing end-to-end production operations, ensuring that output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and workforce performance.
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily and weekly production activities to meet operational goals.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production team leaders and operators to build a high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support career development.
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as a key liaison between production and other departments.
You are meant for this job if:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
