Missão do cargo:

Ajustar/esmerilhar peças e soldas nas áreas produtivas, visando a liberação de peças sem rebarbas e defeitos, além de atendendo às especificações de projeto, tais como acabamentos superficiais, roscas e ajustagens inerentes aos processos de fabricação, permitindo a liberação de itens com qualidade e no menor tempo possível.

Descrição do cargo:

  • Ajustar as peças durante o processo de fabricação, de acordo com as especificações, utilizando lixas e ferramentas rotativas.
  • Preparação das peças com ferramentas adequadas, de modo a permitir que processos de fabricação como soldagem, além de inspeção por ensaios não destrutivos, possam ser realizados com qualidade.
  • Limpeza peças com produtos adequados, a fim de possibilitar que os processos de fabricação possam ser realizados com qualidade.
  • Remoção de defeitos por esmerilhamento, a fim de garantir a integridade de componentes e permitir a realização de reparos.
  • Realizar a gestão da estufa de armazenamento de consumíveis, de forma a atender os requisitos internos e externos que regem consumíveis de soldagem.
  • Realizar o manuseio e a entrega dos consumíveis de soldagem armazenados na estufa para os soldadores de forma a atender a necessidade das frentes de soldagem.
  • Operar equipamento de jateamento abrasivo removendo impurezas e ferrugens de peças metálicas.
  • Obter através do jateamento condições superficiais adequadas para usinagem e ajuste das peças.
  • Operar lavadora de alta pressão removendo impurezas e ferrugens de peças metálicas.
  • Obter através de lavagem condições superficiais adequadas para usinagem e ajuste das peças.
  • Utilizar ferramentas adequadas para marcar, cortar, rebarbar, limar, abrir rosca manualmente, visando seus acabamentos requeridos, de acordo com o PFM.
