The Subcontracts Representative plays a key supporting role within the Global Category Management team, with a focus on execution support across offshore manning, pre-commissioning, and survey scopes. This is a dynamic and evolving position, ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is comfortable managing internal interfaces across project and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Call-Offs in alignment with project requirements and global frame agreements.
- Ensure commitments are accurately reflected in procurement systems and aligned with project forecasts.
- Act as the primary subcontracts liaison between the category team and project/regional stakeholders.
- Maintain and update package-level forecasts in collaboration with project controls and buyers.
- Track and process scope changes, ensuring timely updates to commitments and budgets.
- Ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and approved commitments.
- Provide administrative support for offshore manning, pre-commissioning, and survey scopes.
- Coordinate with relevant technical and operational teams to ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of subcontracted personnel and services.
- Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, frame agreements, and applicable EBAs.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, rate confirmations, and contractual documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Experience in subcontract management, specifically within offshore projects environments.
- Experience in managing and coordinating with overseas subcontractors, ensuring compliance and performance across international operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
