Our Grad Programme

As a Graduate Engineer at TechnipFMC, you will:

  • Be part of a two-year structured training programme spent within a rotational framework that allows you to gain exposure to many areas of our business and take on real responsibility.
  • Be primarily located at one of our UK sites with possibilities to go offshore.
  • Build on both technical and behavioural skills to enable you to progress your career alongside our experienced mentors.
  • Begin your programme late 2026.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelors, Masters or PhD in relevant Engineering discipline or Physics.
