Job Purpose
- Estimates total project cost at completion.
- Confirms/updates the expected project profitability valuation and ensures the information is reliable.
Job Description
- Prepare sales invoices and ensure invoicing is performed on a timely basis for UK Projects.
- Credit control.
- Analysis of all costs charged to projects and liaising with project team to ensure costs have been correctly recorded and allocated.
- Match and post cost of sales in accordance with sales invoicing.
- Analyse and report work in progress against each project.
- Liaise with Project Managers to report project performance.
- Participate in relevant project meetings to ensure financial control of the project.
- Assist the project team in all aspects of cost control, ensuring effective management of the project.
- Prepare financial monthly project reports for Project Manager and Senior Management.
- Review and assist Project Manager with budget/forecast reporting.
- Prepare working capital.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Accruals/prepayments.
- Prepare quotes and submit them to Project Manager for approval.
- Maintaining project work breakdown structure (WBS) and associated tasks.
