The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Estimates total project cost at completion. Confirms/updates the expected project profitability valuation and ensures the information is reliable.

Prepare sales invoices and ensure invoicing is performed on a timely basis for UK Projects. Credit control. Analysis of all costs charged to projects and liaising with project team to ensure costs have been correctly recorded and allocated. Match and post cost of sales in accordance with sales invoicing. Analyse and report work in progress against each project. Liaise with Project Managers to report project performance. Participate in relevant project meetings to ensure financial control of the project. Assist the project team in all aspects of cost control, ensuring effective management of the project. Prepare financial monthly project reports for Project Manager and Senior Management. Review and assist Project Manager with budget/forecast reporting. Prepare working capital. Balance Sheet reconciliations. Accruals/prepayments. Prepare quotes and submit them to Project Manager for approval. Maintaining project work breakdown structure (WBS) and associated tasks.

  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Team player and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong PC skills and SAP experience.
