About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
- Manage awarded Construction & EPC Subcontracts, principally under NEC4 framework,
- Prepare amendments to the Subcontracts,
- Receive and reply to all Subcontractor\’s letters,
- Ensure that contractual provisions included in Subcontracts are complied with by the construction site team,
- Prepare and send out Calls For Bid, negotiate, prepare and award local Subcontracts, and ensure the application of Compliance requirements,
- Follow-up and manage Variation requests issued by Subcontractors, evaluating their contractual and financial entitlement according to the procedures set in the construction guide document,
- Follow-up and manage Variation requests initiated by TENs,
- Formalise settlement of disputes or disagreements to ensure TENs contractual protection until work completion,
- Ensure collection and consolidation of information required for completion and closure of subcontracts without disputes after work completion,
- Provide accurate weekly reporting on project subcontract matters to key project stakeholders,
- Coordinate with partners and clients to foster collaboration and ensure a harmonious project environment.
