We are currently seeking a Site Business Manager, reporting directly to the Project Directorate, to join our Project team based in Teesside, NE England.

About the mission we offer you:
Technip Energies and their partners were awarded an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the world’s first commercial scale gas-fired power station with carbon capture. The construction site is located in the Tees Valley in the North-East of England.
We are currently seeking a Site Business Manager to join the team in the North-East of England.
The successful candidate will be site-based once the site office is established but until then will work on a hybrid basis, attending the Milton Keynes, London, and Paris offices as required.
- Site commercial control and management relevant to target price/cost, reimbursable cost, incurred cost, and disallowed cost
- Responsible for all local and site-based subcontracts with the support of the Subcontract Manager. This includes managing business/commercials relations with the main construction contractor.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining good industrial relationships in conjunction with the main construction contractor, including being T.EN's main focal point and representative with the relevant Unions
- Responsible for all local and site-based compliance with DCO requirements.
- Responsible for all local and site-based permitting, licenses, authorisations, notifications and consents (PLANC) requirements, in collaboration with the construction contractor.
- Responsible for all local and site-based compliance to CDM requirements.
- Oversight of T.EN mobilisation plan and strategy (T-EN engagement local UK resources in budget).
- Prepare and support mobilisation of TEN India Yard workforce to complete the absorber.
- Prepare and support mobilisation of EU subcontractors.
- Site efficiency and forecast target price (productivities).
- Responsible for site implementation of EPC contract implementation.
- Responsible for the site implementation of the sustainability plan, with oversight and support of local sustainability strategies and initiatives.
- Responsible for site implementation of the local content plan, with oversight and support of local content strategies and initiatives, including participation in key local committees as a representative of T.EN.
- Site reporting.
- Support strategies, synergies and lessons-learned for potential follow-on projects
