Further, T.EN UK OC is the project management consultancy centre of excellence for Technip Energies.\\nSenior Indirect Buyer\\nRole overview:\\nReporting to the Procurement Manager, this position will be tasked with buying, negotiating and following purchasing categories (goods / services), to ensure that quality, cost effective products are delivered in a timely manner in accordance with the needs expressed by relevant departments across the T.EN business.\\nWe are seeking to engage with candidates who have the following background and expertise:\\n * A Degree level qualification and solid experience in buying / procurement.\\n * Experience under Indirect Purchasing including but not limited to hiring agency contractor / contract personnel and/or Individual contractors /contingent workers in UK region with IR35 requirements, building facilities and IT equipment procurement, capable of handling a spend map of more than 20M€ with more than 100 personnel in contracted personnel / contingent workers per year.\\n * Demonstrable knowledge of the rules and principles of procurement.\\n * Thorough understanding of the theory of models and tools within the procurement discipline.\\n * Knowledge of key category suppliers and the overall market.\\n * Familiarity with commercial terms (POs / contracts) and discipline terms & conditions.\\n * Comprehension of local constraints & regulations.\\n * Excellent negotiating skills.\\nBehavioural skills should encompass:\\n * Ability to work autonomously.\\n * Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.\\n * Demonstrably results orientated.\\n * Must work at the highest level of integrity.\\n * Noticeable customer orientation and focus.\\nRole responsibilities and scope:\\n * Participates in defining procurement strategies and activities to mitigate risk together with the indirect procurement manager.\\n * Fulfils inquiries and purchasing activities within time and budget.\\n * Assembles all information necessary for issuing an inquiry.\\n * Expedites bids and conducts all negotiations with vendors.\\nThis role can be based in either our Central London or Milton Keynes offices\\nIt is essential that applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.\\n“As an equal opportunity employer Technip Energies considers only qualified applicants without regard to colour, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender expression, disability, national origin, veteran or marital status
