Project scope
Within the framework of company’s values, policies, and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost), the Project Manager is accountable for project timely delivery and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsible for the application of the well-being policy and the deployment of the ESG roadmap on his project
Responsibilities:
Ensures that the project is planned, organized, and executed in accordance with the Business Management System
Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes
Builds and maintains a relationship with the customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors …). Serves as the single point of contact for the customer Responsible for the performance on assigned projects.
Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
Organizes and manages the Project team in respect of diversity, equal opportunities, and wellbeing, implementing and cascading TEN core values
Contributes to the quotation process and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets
Ensures timely internal and external reporting
Manages, informs, and leads the project team by setting and monitoring performance targets
Contributes to people development by interfacing with the project department
Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts
Ensures coordination of interfaces
Ensures project execution and financial closeout with appropriate feedback
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Develops integrated project team charter and lead team building, alignment, and communication processes
Experience and skills required for this role:
Bachelor\’s degree or higher degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Extensive experience in engineering and project management, with a focus on offshore facilities assessment and life extension studies.
Significant industry experience, particularly in onshore projects and a strong track record managing large scale FEED and feasibility studies across a multi-centre execution model
Experience in ground investigation management ideally
Fluency in English
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and good teamwork skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, good decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Committed and proactive, have a strong sense of collaboration, able to make decisions and learn from every situation. Quick troubleshooting and critical thinking
