About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role will be responsible for the delivery of HR Admin support within the UK, Norway and Kazakhstan and will report to the HRSD Manager. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of transactional HR support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR systems and automating processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our processes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR systems and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal processes and policies.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes and procedures to support the smooth delivery of all HR activities.
- Build and maintain constructive, professional relationships with business stakeholders and HR colleagues.
- Enhance HR reporting by improving, streamlining, and automating monthly reporting activities where possible.
- Provide timely guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries, collaborating with relevant stakeholders when required.
- Identify opportunities to develop and publish knowledge articles for the P&C employee self-service portal to promote and enhance employee self-service.
- Assist with HR campaigns and projects as applicable.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly payroll data, providing support to the Payroll Lead as needed.
- Prepare and issue P&C documentation and letters to support key employee lifecycle events from pre-hire through to post-retirement, ensuring accurate record management.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing first-day arrangements and delivering orientation sessions.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Previous HR coordination experience, particularly with HR systems and reporting, is preferred.
- Solid understanding of the full HR/employee lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR-related software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional administrative and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, demonstrates initiative, and able to identify potential issues before they escalated.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Able to handle highly confidential information with discretion, maintaining trust and confidence at all times.
