We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator, reporting directly to Facilities Manager to join our Facilities team based in Milton Keynes.

About the mission we offer you:
Facilities Coordinator - We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day routine office activities, including answering external/internal calls and welcoming all visitors and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day ad-hoc admin tasks
- Report office faults/snags to Site Operations Supervisor; fill in incident logs
- Picking up hospitality, travel, and various requests
- Logging Admin helpdesk tickets and other miscellaneous duties
- Manning main switchboard (answering, screening and forwarding calls)
- Take and relay messages
- Organise meeting rooms/provide coffee/lunches etc.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (issue key cards, monitor people comings/goings)
- Stock checks on stationery, PPE and sanitising stations
- Preparing meeting rooms, preregistering and general preparations for clients
- General point of contact (correspondence, queries, internal and external clients, and contractors) and directing queries to the correct departments
- General support for onsite clients
- Preparing couriers and post
- Back-up of Site operations and services support
