We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support within the UK, Norway and Kazakhstan and will report to the HRSD Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Manage activities supporting the employee life cycle events. Produce documentation and letters to support life cycle events and ensure employee records are managed.
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure that data entries and records are compliant with local legislation.
- Manage and resolve employee enquiries & requests assigned to them, collaborate with other P&C stakeholders if needed.
- Identify and maintain knowledge articles that should be developed in our P&C portal in order to promote and enhance employee self-service.
- Invoice processing.
- Some contractor management activities such as system setup, raising requisitions and interacting with procurement.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities to implement new initiatives in processes and systems improvements.
- Support the monthly payroll process.
- HRIS support – assisting with testing, raising tickets and troubleshooting.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Educated to degree level or appropriate equivalent.
- Previous administration and systems experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and good working knowledge of HRIS an advantage.
- Excellent general administration and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrates a good level of initiative with the ability to identify and highlight potential issues in advance of problems arising.
- Able to prioritise a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordingly.
- Able to work with highly confidential information, deliver with discretion and maintain the trust and confidence of client groups.
Working Conditions:
The HR Administrator will be required to work in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week. It is essential that applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
