We are currently seeking a Senior IP Buyer, reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, to join our Procurement team based in London, England, UK.

About the mission we offer you: The Senior IP Buyer will be tasked with buying, negotiating and following purchasing categories (goods/services), to ensure that quality, cost effective products are delivered in a timely manner in accordance with the needs expressed by relevant departments across the T.EN business.
Main Accountabilities:
- Participates in defining procurement strategies and activities to mitigate risk together with the indirect procurement manager.
- Fulfils inquiries and purchasing activities within time and budget.
- Assembles all information necessary for issuing an inquiry.
- Expedites bids and conducts all negotiations with vendors.
About you: We would love to hear from you and how you match this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
- A Degree level qualification and solid experience in buying/procurement.
- Experience under Indirect Purchasing including but not limited to hiring agency contractor/contract personnel and/or Individual contractors/contingent workers in UK region with IR35 requirements, building facilities and IT equipment procurement, capable of handling a spend map of more than 20M€ with more than 100 personnel in contracted personnel/contingent workers per year.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the rules and principles of procurement.
- Thorough understanding of the theory of models and tools within the procurement discipline.
- Knowledge of key category suppliers and the overall market.
- Familiarity with commercial terms (POs/contracts) and discipline terms & conditions.
- Comprehension of local constraints & regulations.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
