Technimove are currently looking for multiple Project Coordinators to join the Projects & Programs team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the accuracy and management of Technimove’s project data within our Kantata platform. This is a key role within the Project Management team, ensuring that all work packages and small projects are updated in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the project environment and ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget through rigorous data management and consistent project governance.
- Support senior staff and take full end-to-end ownership for the delivery of small-scale projects, including Professional Services engagements of up to 15 days and Migration projects of up to 50 devices.
Certifications
- Essential: PRINCE2® Foundation — A solid understanding of structured project management methodologies.
- Desirable: UK Professional Standards — Qualifications from the APM (PFQ), BCS (IS Project Management), or AgilePM are highly regarded.
- Desirable: IT Industry Context — A CompTIA Project+ certification or experience in an MSP/IT Infrastructure environment.
- Desirable: Data Mastery — Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) used to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment (MSP or IT Services experience is a distinct advantage).
- Experience in taking ownership of data entry and ensuring system accuracy in a professional setting.
- Project Support — Experience supporting large-scale, complex projects or independently managing smaller work packages/streams.
- Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team (Sales, Engineering, Finance) while retaining absolute ownership of allocated project control activities.
