Technimove is looking for experienced Senior and Principal Engineers to join our growing Operations team. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile data centre, cloud, networking, and infrastructure transformation projects for enterprise customers across multiple technologies and environments.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the design, planning, and delivery of complex migration and engineering projects
- Acting as a senior technical authority across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security technologies
- Delivering enterprise-scale server relocation and transformation projects
- Running technical workshops, solution design sessions, and customer presentations
- Creating and reviewing HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, test plans, and technical documentation
- Supporting pre-sales teams with solution design, technical expertise, and proposal development
- Mentoring engineers and sharing technical knowledge across the business
- Working closely with consultants, project managers, customers, and third parties
- Driving technical excellence, innovation, and best practice across all project delivery
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience across infrastructure, networking, cloud, or security technologies
- Expertise with technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, HPE Aruba, VMware, Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Experience delivering physical server relocations and enterprise migration projects
- Strong networking knowledge including implementation and troubleshooting
- Ability to lead technical delivery and customer engagements confidently
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Certifications:
- You’ll ideally hold multiple industry certifications across technologies such as:
- CCNA / Cisco Specialist
- VMware VCP
- Microsoft Azure Administrator / Security Engineer
- AWS Associate Certifications
- Dell EMC Proven Professional
- HPE Data Centre or Hybrid IT Certifications
