Overview
Technikraft design, develop and manufacture formulations for the automotive, cycling, cleaning and speciality chemical industries. From concept to finished product, we work with brands and distributors to launch products lead by sustainable performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Following QC procedures to test production samples
- Making adjustments to production blends that do not meet QC specification
- Organise and carry out product testing e.g. performance, stability, compatibility, competitor analysis
- Review alternative raw materials for use in production
- Data entry of QC results to the computer system
- Prepare and despatch samples to the customer
- General upkeep and tidiness of the lab
- Calibrating test equipment according to procedures
- Support investigations into non-conforming materials
- Making and sending product samples
- Assist R&D with sampling
- Product QC checks at filling stage
- Preparation of bacteria testing
- Assist with customer feedback from samples
- Assist sales with product queries
Qualifications and Skills
- Background in chemistry preferred, but not essential
Please note this role is ON SITE 5 days per week. It CAN NOT be done remotely.
Salary C£25 to £28k depending on experience
