We’re on a journey of rebuilding, improving and setting stronger foundations — and we’re looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to lead our production, dispatch, quality and maintenance teams, ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently, and right‑first‑time for every customer. This is a pivotal role in a high‑energy environment where your leadership will directly influence output, culture and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Leading day‑to‑day production and dispatch to hit output and OTIF targets
- Championing a safety‑first culture and ensuring PPE, risk assessments and 5S standards are in place
- Managing, coaching and developing a multi‑shift production team (performance, absence, training, recruitment)
- Running daily cross‑functional meetings with Production, Planning, Quality and Maintenance
- Owning operational metrics (OEE, output, service levels) and reporting clearly across the business
- Working with Maintenance to drive TPM and minimise downtime
- Delivering continuous improvement using lean tools to optimise cost and performance
- Supporting Quality with data insights, investigations and corrective actions

- Strong understanding of production processes, quality requirements and safety in a chemical environment
- Track record of implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Clear understanding of world‑class manufacturing standards
