Technik Ground Solutions is looking for Mixer Operatives to join our permanent workforce. The role involves operating a 4/10 Grout mixing unit and similar concrete/grout plant in front of rotary mini‑piling or bottom‑driven rigs.

Duties

  • Operate and maintain the mixing plant on site.
  • Conduct piling operative duties with driller.
  • Be part of a motivated piling team.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all.
  • Maintain good communication skills.
  • Keep accurate time records.
  • Support multiple activities on site to progress works.
  • Work flexible hours as site demands.
  • Act in line with company health & safety policy.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week (subject to successful probation). When not on site, you will be based at our Runcorn yard.

Package

  • 31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays (35 days after four years of continuous service)
  • Competitive salary in line with market rates, dependent on experience

Requirements

  • Eligible to work and live in the UK.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card.
  • Relevant CPCS cards where applicable.

Desirable

  • Welding experience in bottom‑driven piling.
  • Ability to strip and repair mixing unit or assist site fitter.
  • Concrete pump operator.
  • SFA experience.
