A growing semiconductor scale-up is seeking a Product Engineer to support the ramp-up of cutting-edge sensing technology and drive new product introduction into volume manufacturing.
What you'll do as a Product Engineer:
- Lead NPI activities from concept through to production release
- Optimise yield and test coverage
- Analyse any issues and implement corrective actions related to yield
- Support failure analysis, RMAs, and non-conformance handling
- Act as primary liaison with OSAT partners
What we're looking for in a Product Engineer:
- Prior experience within a Semiconductor company as a Product Engineer
- Experience taking products through NPI processes to production
- Experience with yield and failure analysis
- Excellent communication across cross-functional teams
- Experience with wafer probe, final test, or characterisation
- Knowledge of sensor or photodiode technology
