A growing semiconductor company developing next-generation wireless connectivity technology is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to lead the measurement, characterisation, and validation of advanced RF products.
As a Senior Validation Engineer, you will:
- Lead RF characterisation and validation activities
- Develop RF test setups and measurement infrastructure
- Perform and analyse 3GPP-aligned RF measurements
- Provide measurement-driven feedback to the wider business
- Develop automated test frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and repeatability
As a Senior Validation Engineer, you'll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience in RF testing, characterisation, and validation
- Experience performing 3GPP RF measurements
- Solid understanding of RF fundamentals including S-parameters, gain, noise figure, matching, and linearity
- Experience with RF lab equipment including VNAs, spectrum analysers, and signal generators
- Ability to develop automated test environments using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools
