Technify Talent are partnered with a market leading SaaS business to hire a Business Analyst. This is an established business, who are currently undergoing a major platform rebuild. Their cloud native solution offers their customers a competitive advantage and in-depth customer insights allowing them to deliver 1st in call service and outperform the rest of the market.
We're looking for a Business Analyst to turn messy, real-world problems into clear, buildable requirements. You'll run discovery with customers and internal teams, map processes, write requirements and acceptance criteria that dev and test can act on, and support the product roadmap with solid evidence. You'll also get into our data to size problems and measure whether changes actually worked.
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software/tech environment
- Strong understanding of agile processes and ceremonies
- Experience working with Jira or another similar project management tool
- Ability to write requirements that a developer can build from and a tester can test against
- Strong requirements writing and process mapping skills
- Comfortable with data, able to read a data model and question numbers that look wrong
- Great stakeholder skills across all levels
- Organised, self-directed and able to hold several work streams at once
- Full UK driving licence, happy to travel occasionally
Nice to have:
- Experience of API and integration analysis, including REST and JSON
- SQL for self service data queries
- Experience working in agile delivery teams
- Exposure to platform modernisation or migration projects
- Familiarity with BI tooling
