A well-established, family-run business is seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic / Fleet Technician to join its dedicated commercial workshop team. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term career stability, excellent earning potential and the chance to work in a friendly, supportive and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will primarily work on the company’s own fleet of commercial vehicles and trailers.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced fleet workshop, you will carry out servicing, repairs and inspections across a range of commercial vehicles and trailers. Duties include fault finding, MOT preparation to DVSA standards, routine maintenance and ensuring all associated paperwork is completed accurately. You’ll need to be confident working independently, remain calm under pressure and take a safe, methodical approach to your work.

- Relevant City & Guilds / NVQ / BTEC qualifications
- Strong diagnostic skills
