Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Access Control, CCTV & Intruder alarm service maintenance.
  • Complete security systems servicing, fault finding and small works for sites of all sizes across analogue, digital and IP networked systems.
  • Manage out of hours callouts as part of a call‑out rota, keeping customers informed of system status and completing repairs independently.
  • Show best working practices to trainee engineers, demonstrating correct operation of testing equipment and effective customer liaison.
  • Execute all works to current regulations and codes of practice, identifying design or compliance errors and creating reports.
