Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Wakefield for a Senior Utility Surveyor. The role involves conducting comprehensive PAS128 utility surveys, interpreting survey data, and utilizing industry-standard surveying equipment and software. The Senior Utility Surveyor will ensure the accuracy and completeness of survey data and report findings to clients and project teams. Responsibilities also include managing survey projects, providing technical guidance to junior team members, and upholding quality and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong technical surveying skills, including experience with utility survey techniques and methodologies
- Proficiency in surveying equipment and software, such as EMal, GPR, CAD, GPS and Total Stations
- Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior team members and oversee project delivery
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and health and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing clear reporting to clients
