Major Responsibilities:

  • Management of HR related administration, including references, benefits and checking documentation.
  • Superuser and admin for HR information systems – previous experience with an HRIS system would be beneficial.
  • Manage visa requests for international hires with the help of the People Partner Immigration specialist, supporting global mobility.
  • Creating HR KPI reports as required.
  • Supporting with employee relations cases.
  • Responsible for induction and onboarding new hires.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Capacity to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • A self-starter who can see a task through to the end and work off initiative.
  • Knowledge of the VFX industry would be useful, but not essential.
  • Degree in HR, or CIPD qualifications, or 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR role would be advantageous.
