Major Responsibilities:
- Management of HR related administration, including references, benefits and checking documentation
- Superuser and admin for HR information systems β a previous experience with an HRIS system would be beneficial.
- Manage with the help of the People Partner Immigration specialist, visa requests for international hires, and supporting global mobility
- Creating HR KPI reports as required
- Supporting with employee relations cases
- Responsible for induction and onboarding new hires
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Capacity to work in a constantly changing environment
- A self-starter who can see a task through to the end and work off initiative
- Knowledge of the VFX industry would be useful, but not essential
- Degree in HR, or CIPD qualifications, or 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR role would be advantageous
