An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent position of Barsan Site Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and it is an opportunity for a candidate with the right skills, knowledge and attitude to make the role a success.

This role will be responsible for core duties including:

  • Managing the Barsan bookings email account, taking bookings and liaising with customers and transport, keeping the schedule up to date and accurate.
  • Populating and printing off pre-alerts for deliveries.
  • Managing the admin returns email account, replying to customer queries, sending RA paperwork to customers when required, closing and cancellation of returns RAs, liaising with planning on all VAS jobs, sessioning stocks and updating SPRFs.
  • Organising all the destructions of returns monthly and ad hoc requests, also any Rugby stock holding in Barsan and adjusting of stock where required.
  • Updating returns recycling tracker, Sainsbury's returns daily pallet counts, all non-system sheets for pallets in/out of bulk, returns unit reports for processed quantities per client per day, all the studio returns reports daily/weekly and all departments VM board information.
  • Receipting the inbound loads from suppliers accurately and on time and completing all the agency time sheets accurately.
  • Organising all the RTVs to be sessioned and sent to the operation, liaising with client/customer services on problem parcels, updating spreadsheets with details for RAs to be raised.
  • Any other ad hoc admin duties.

Working in the office or the warehouse admin, organising the returns problem parcels and liaising with customer/client services to obtain return authorisations.
