The Company: We are currently recruiting for an Electrically Biased Maintenance Team Leader / Lead Maintenance Engineer to work within a fast-paced production environment near Rochester, Kent, where you will be leading a small team of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers.
The Role: The Maintenance Team Lead will support the Engineering Manager by ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed quickly and efficiently, to a good standard of quality. You will also provide support in relation to all maintenance tasks and projects being undertaken, including breakdowns, PPM, equipment updates, new installations and building maintenance or infrastructure upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- To lead the Maintenance team proactively, ensuring that the company’s vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to.
