Salary: £49,800 to £58,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus overtime and opportunities to learn and develop.
Hours: 4 on - 4 off role, switching between days and night shifts 6 till 6.
Location: Commutable from Worcester, Bridgnorth, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Redditch and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities: This role will involve all aspects of troubleshooting, problem solving and project work. You will be required to look for and implement continuous improvements individually and as part of a team. In addition, you will also be required to plan and carry out preventative maintenance in order to ensure a high standard of plant maintenance is always achieved. You will be required to assist in all maintenance activities.
