We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager / Production Leader / Shift Production Manager for a reputable and large multi-site industrial company to work at one of their leading factories. It is a fast-paced production environment and therefore seeking someone with confidence and enthusiasm who can handle the constant changes and demands, is up to task of taking on the challenge with hunger, passion, and determination of being successful. The role is very much to help shape the future of the department and factory in making things better.
The hiring manager is open to the candidates' background, including Manufacturing, Production and Retail industries, such as Deputy Store Managers, Retail Managers, Retail Supervisors.
Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per annum plus 10% bonus (package of circa £44k per annum), and benefits including private medical, life assurance and pension.
Hours: Monday to Friday, afternoon shift (2:30pm till 11:00pm).
Location: Commutable from Kendal, Shap, Penrith, Helbeck, Garsdale, Settle, Bentham, Lancaster, Morecambe, Bowness-on-Windermere, Grasmere and surrounding areas.
